All work

One site for two audiences: hotel guests who want a class, and hotels that want a program.

Group classes, personal training and private events on the oceanfront lawn at The Westin Maui. The new site puts the next class and a book button on the first screen, and gives partner hotels a page of their own.

Aloha Fitness Maui runs group classes, personal training and private events on the oceanfront lawn at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa. The current site has beautiful photos, but the first screen is a slideshow and a sign-up button, and the hotel side of the business is hard to find.

The new site leads with what a guest needs at 6 a.m.: the next class, the time, and a book button. The weekly schedule is one tap away. A separate path for hotels and resorts explains the full guest fitness program: team, schedule, booking and insurance, run for them.

What I found

  • A slideshow and a sign-up button where the schedule should be
  • The hotel and resort side of the business buried
  • Classes, training and events mixed together

What I changed

  • The next class and a book button on the first screen
  • A full weekly schedule, one tap away
  • A separate page for hotels and resorts
  • Fast on a phone, with the ocean photos kept front and center
